Adam has assisted clients throughout the whole life cycle of energy and mining projects, including advising on project structuring, farm-ins and farm-outs, tenure, exploration, mining, offtake agreements, joint ventures, state agreements, logistics, energy supply (gas sales, gas transportation, gas swaps, interconnects, tolling agreements, pipeline use terms, virtual gas pipelines, liquified natural gas [LNG] re-gas facilities, storage, power purchase agreements, and renewable arrangements), product sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, asset purchase and divestment, onshore and offshore project development, and facility access and use arrangements.
