Chelsea Bollman represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Her practice spans diverse areas of litigation, including antitrust and employment matters, in a variety of industries. She also regularly defends cases around the country involving claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Chelsea's experience includes researching, drafting, and arguing motions; taking and preparing for depositions; conducting fact and expert discovery; and factual and legal research.
Chelsea proudly maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in a federal Section 1983 case, criminal expungements, and asylum claims.
