Thomas Asturias leverages his extensive experience managing complex multijurisdictional document collection, review, and production to provide both leadership and practical solutions to his clients in all aspects of the e-discovery process. He has managed multiple large-scale electronic document reviews from beginning to end, being responsible for both legal and technical aspects of the discovery process in the context of major litigation and investigatory matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Thomas represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate restructurings, venture capital, private equity financings, and matters related to corporate governance, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Thomas is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
