Ted Lynch concentrates his practice in the resolution of corporate and commercial disputes through litigation or arbitration. Ted has represented clients in federal and state courts within the United States and before arbitration tribunals around the world.

Ted has litigated a variety of disputes, including matters involving securities laws, bond indentures, M&A transactions, construction contracts, project development agreements, licensing and supply agreements, shareholder agreements, consulting agreements, employment contracts, and business torts. Ted has successfully represented clients both at the trial level and on appeal.
