Troy Lewis represents public and private companies in a wide variety of M&A and capital markets transactions, and he regularly advises on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, executive compensation, and disclosure and other securities law compliance matters. Troy has extensive experience with distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and chapter 11 reorganizations.

In recent years, Troy has represented Arctic Glacier, Clarent Hospital Corporation, Fluor Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum, Micron Technology, Parallel Investment Partners, Patriarch Partners, Washington Group International, Weir Group, and Zoran Corporation in significant transactions. In addition, he has represented Dana Corporation, FLYi, Inc., Globalstar, L.P., Kaiser Aluminum, Loewen Group, Old Carco LLC (f/k/a Chrysler LLC), and Pillowtex Corporation in their chapter 11 reorganizations and has represented creditors in the chapter 11 reorganizations of Meridian Automotive Systems, MobileMedia Corporation, and Stratosphere Corporation.

Troy co-heads the M&A Practice of the Firm's Texas Region, and in September 2012, he will celebrate 25 years of service to the Firm and its clients.
