Richard Grabowski is Partner-in-Charge in Irvine, and his practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of class actions. Richard has represented class action defendants in numerous state and federal courts. He also has extensive experience in trade secret, unfair competition, and licensing disputes.
Richard is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
