Mark Andreini has represented clients before state and federal courts throughout the United States in litigation involving insurance coverage, breach of contract, and other types of business litigation.
Mark's practice principally involves representing corporate policyholders in coverage litigation in a variety of underlying matters, as well as counseling clients with respect to coverage issues and policy procurement. He has obtained insurance recoveries for environmental cleanups, toxic torts suits, personal injury and property damage claims, industrial accident cases, securities and fiduciary-liability claims, DOJ investigations, employment discrimination matters, product liability claims, and first-party business interruption losses. Most recently, he litigated successfully on behalf of Brush Wellman against its London insurers in a case that established key principles of Ohio coverage law. He is currently representing clients in litigation involving coverage for such underlying matters as lead paint liabilities, securities claims, and asbestos liabilities.
