Michelle Blum's practice focuses on defending federal court Consumer Credit Protection Act litigation, as well as similar litigation under companion state laws. In addition, Michelle advises clients regarding Consumer Protection Act compliance and data security issues.

Since 1998, Michelle has served as national coordinating counsel for individual consumer litigation brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act for Experian, one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States. Michelle has overseen litigation matters filed in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Michelle is an active member of the Federal Bar Association's Orange County Chapter, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Orange County, and the Orange County Bar Association.
