Luca Ferrari advises clients on domestic and international tax planning and the tax issues related to M&A, private equity, real estate, and restructuring matters.
He also practices in the areas of NPLs (nonperforming loans), securitizations, structured and cross-border financing and fund formation, and real estate.
Luca regularly assists multinational companies, banking institutions, financial advisors, investment funds, and private equity sponsors.
He represents clients on planning, (multilateral) audits, and tax controversies. Luca also has in-depth experience in EU tax laws, including the fairly recent so-called DAC6 (EU Directive on Administrative Cooperation) and hybrid mismatches (EU ATAD2), and counsels clients on related risks and implications.
He frequently lectures and writes on tax and related topics.
