Keith Davis's practice focuses on patent litigation. He has represented clients, including IBM, SanDisk, Texas Instruments, Verity Instruments, Nokia, Dell, Freescale, Motorola, and Saudi Basic Industries, in complex multiparty, multiforum, and multipatent litigations. These representations have involved technologies such as database systems and cache coherency, telecommunications systems, MP3 players, flash and DRAM memories, semiconductor chip packaging and processing, GPS systems, cellular phone antennas, and GUI design and have involved legal issues such as the impact of standards-setting organizations on patentability and patent licensing, the doctrine of patent exhaustion, and the Saudi law system and the tort of "ghasb." Keith also has represented clients in trade secret, copyright, and trademark matters.
