Jonathon Little's practice focuses on technology, service agreements, and other high-value commercial projects. He advises both customers and suppliers on the full range of transactions, including outsourcing deals, telecoms work, network service arrangements, IT licensing, systems and software acquisitions, e-business, framework agreements and other procurement structures, agency and distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts. He also covers technology regulation, data protection, and privacy and e-commerce rules.
Jonathon has a particular focus on large outsourcings, including IT, network, telecoms, BPO, and other arrangements, as well as strategic IT procurements. He recently completed one of the largest ever offshore outsourcings from the U.K. to India covering business transformation, systems development, and application maintenance.
