Jackie Pasek is a trial lawyer. She has been a team member, including as trial counsel, in more than 15 high-stakes jury trials brought to verdict in federal and state courts throughout the country. Her practice focuses on defending companies in products liability litigation, with additional experience in commercial class actions, mass tort litigation, wrongful death litigation, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and insurance recovery.

At trial, Jackie has presented closing arguments and conducted direct and cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses (including historians, economists, pulmonologists, epidemiologists, and treating physicians). She has handled voir dire cause challenges, jury instructions, and argued significant motions (including motions for summary judgment, directed verdict, and new trials).

Outside of the courtroom, Jackie has managed the simultaneous pretrial workup of dozens of cases in active discovery across multiple jurisdictions and states. Her client representations span a variety of industries.

Jackie is a leader in the Cleveland community. She is active in the Firm's pro bono practice where she regularly represents clients through The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. She serves on the board of directors for Children and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County and is a Girl Scout troop leader to a troop of 1st graders.

Jackie is the co-leader of the Cleveland Office's New Lawyer Group.
