John Gore is a litigator whose practice focuses on appellate advocacy and complex trial litigation. He has substantial experience in administrative law, product liability and class action defense, and aviation regulation. Clients John recently has represented include American Airlines, Nokia, and Verizon Wireless.

John has briefed appeals in the United States Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Sixth, Ninth, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuits. He also has briefed appeals in state courts across the country.

Recently, John was a member of trial teams that secured defense verdicts in two product liability cases arising out of the Florida Supreme Court's watershed decision in Engle v. Liggett Group, Inc. In that capacity, John briefed and argued numerous motions, assisted with direct and cross-examination preparations, and assisted with drafting opening and closing arguments.

John maintains an active pro bono practice. He briefed, argued, and won a case under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA) in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
