Francesco Squerzoni has extensive experience advising Italian clients in multijurisdictional transactions and international clients in the Italian market. He has advised lenders and borrowers in investment and development projects in acquisition and real estate financings. He also has worked for originators, arrangers, and investors in structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations, domestic and multijurisdictional trade finance, and acquisitions of nonperforming loan portfolios. In addition, his experience includes project finance matters in relation to energy and infrastructure projects as well as debt restructurings.
