Frédéric Gros focuses on the areas of real estate, asset, and acquisition financing as well as debt restructuring. He is head of the Paris Office's Banking & Finance Practice.

Frédéric advises international and French clients, primarily banking institutions, investment funds, public-private partnerships, and industrial and commercial companies in connection with their banking and investment financing transactions.

He also advises the French Ministry of Finance on financing plans and other accompanying measures implemented by the government relating to distressed companies. He has acted as counsel to the French Republic on the implementation of a government program supporting the shipping sector and in particular the issue of financial guarantees to STX France Cruise SA (Chantiers de l'Atlantique) in connection with a €700 million construction financing and bond facility.

Frédéric has participated in the French inter-ministerial task force dedicated to the introduction of the trust concept in France and has been a member of the French national accounting committee (CNC) in charge of regulating the accounting aspects of the French trust.
