Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the add-on acquisition and related financing to the ComForCare platform of CarePatrol, a senior living advisory and placement services franchisor. The financing consisted of an amendment to its existing credit facility and additional term loans.
