Client(s) Real Estate Council Community Fund, The

Jones Day advised The Real Estate Council Community Fund in connection with a loan with BCL of Texas, as co-lenders, to Dallas City Homes, Inc., a local non-profit organization, for the acquisition of land in the West Dallas neighborhood of La Bajada that is to be developed into a mixed-income apartment community with amenities serving seniors and providing arts-based education.
