Lodha Developers International completes consent solicitation relating to US$200 million of 12% Guaranteed Senior Notes

Client(s) Lodha Developers Private Limited

Jones Day advised Lodha Developers International Limited (LDIL), a subsidiary of Lodha Developers Private Limited, one of India's largest real estate developers, in connection with its consent solicitation relating to US$200 million of 12% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2020 issued by LDIL (the Notes), to obtain certain waivers of past defaults and effect certain amendments to the indenture pertaining to the Notes. LDIL received valid consents from holders representing approximately 84.99% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes. JP Morgan Securities plc acted as solicitation agent.
