Jones Day represented Grupo Kuo S.A.B. de C.V., one of the largest conglomerates in Mexico, in connection with an international offering of US$450 million of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2027. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
