Jones Day acted as U.S. counsel to Blue Point Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Shnier-GESCO Limited Partnership (Shnier), in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile Ltd., a distributor of floor coverings in Canada and the United States. The financing consisted of a secured term loan and a revolving credit facility.
