CBRE Global Investment Partners' affiliate invests in Logos China Logistics Venture

Jones Day represented CBRE Global Investment Partners Limited on its affiliate's investment in Logos China Logistics Venture, L.P. (LCLV), a China-focused joint venture logistics real estate vehicle created by LOGOS Property Group, with joint venture partner Ivanhoe Cambridge China Inc. LCLV has been formed with the strategy of owning and developing high-quality modern logistics properties located in Shanghai and neighboring cities. The commitments secured from CBRE and Ivanhoe will allow LCLV to make investments of up to approximately US$400 million.
