Lendlease Singapore acts as construction contractor on Paya Lebar Quarter Project in Singapore

Client(s) Lend Lease Corporation Limited

Jones Day is acting for Lendlease Singapore in its capacity as construction contractor on the Paya Lebar Quarter Project in Singapore, a circa $3 billion mixed-use urban development site. The 3.9 hectare site has a total gross floor area of 165,000 sqm, of which it is expected approximately 90,000 sqm will be reserved for office space, 29,000 sqm will be set aside for residential, and more than 40,000 sqm will be used for the shopping mall. Jones Day drafted an early works contract and management services agreement, prepared template construction contracts, and is currently assisting during the negotiation and drafting of the D&C Contract.
