Jones Day advised Micron Technology, Inc. in its $4 billion acquisition of the remaining 67 percent interest in Inotera Memories. Micron acquired Inotera's remaining shares for consideration worth 30 New Taiwan Dollars per share or approximately US$0.94 per share.
