Boeing and Tata announce aerospace joint venture in India

Client(s) Boeing Company, The

Jones Day advised The Boeing Company in its formation of a joint venture with Tata Advanced Systems. The joint venture will provide build-to-print manufacturing services relating to aerostructures and fuselages for Boeing platforms.

In March 2016, this transaction was recognized as "M&A Deal of the Year" by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) at their annual IFLR Asia Awards ceremony held at the Island Shanghai-La in Hong Kong. The IFLR Asia Awards celebrate legally innovative teams and deals in the Asia-Pacific region.
