Jones Day advised DayMen Group, Inc. in its successful out-of-court workout. DayMen Group is a leading international designer, marketer, and distributor of high performance branded bags, packs, cases, tripods, and straps designed to carry, protect, and enhance the functionality of digital imaging and related electronic devices. Jones Day assisted with navigating the company and its Board of Directors through lengthy negotiations with its senior secured lenders and mezzanine lender regarding a restructuring of its balance sheet and international operations. We addressed complex issues that arose in countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, France, Germany, the U.S., and the UK. The restructuring transaction closed in the fourth quarter of 2014.
