Client(s) Epsilon/Westford Funds

Jones Day is defending Epsilon/Westford Funds and its Cayman Island and BVI entities against claims brought by the chapter 11 trustee for Petters Company, Inc. and its affiliates. The claims seek $3.2 billion in damages arising out of commercial transactions in the United States.
