Elaine Walsh represents employers in all facets of labor and employment law. She has substantial experience representing corporate clients in complex employment matters, including the defense of employers in discrimination, WARN, and wage and hour litigation involving individual and class claims. Elaine's trial experience includes successfully defending major clients in bench and jury trials. She is the primary contact person for several Firm clients with respect to contract negotiation, employment counseling, managerial training, and policy oversight issues, including issues arising under state and federal antidiscrimination laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Her experience also includes representing clients in restrictive covenant litigation. She is a frequent speaker on various employment issues.

Elaine is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar. She is actively involved in the Atlanta community. Elaine has performed pro bono work for individuals and for nonprofit organizations. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Atlanta Children's Shelter, the Atlanta Speech School, CHRIS Kids, the Center for Puppetry Arts, and the Junior League of Atlanta, for which she currently serves as president. She is also a member of the 2007 Class of Leadership Atlanta.
