Jones Day client Physics, Materials and Applied Mathematics Research LLC, a laser science government contractor, won a jury trial on all claims and $4.4 million against its former employee and his company for trade secret misappropriation, breach of his employment agreement, fraud, unfair competition, breach of his duty of loyalty, and unjust enrichment.
