"Chris is among the leading derivatives lawyers in the profession. He is highly regarded by banks and corporate law departments, as well as by his peers at other law firms," said John Phillips, Partner-in-Charge of the London Office. "He's drafted market standard trading documentation and advised on numerous key decisions of the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees, and he knows his area of practice inside out. We are delighted that he has joined the Firm and look forward to working with him."
