Nils Kupka advises and represents clients in a wide range of dispute resolution matters with a particular focus on litigation.
Nils' caseload includes contentious matters in the financial services sector, follow-on disputes against mass claim litigation vehicles, and insurance and insolvency-related matters. In addition, Nils has acted as counsel in post-M&A disputes under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and of the German Arbitration institute (DIS).
Nils has represented a range of clients, including those in the financial services, TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), automotive, and engineering sectors.
He speaks German, English, and Dutch.
