Max Dvorak practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation, financial products litigation, and white collar investigations. Max's experience includes shareholder class actions, contracts disputes, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions.
Max also maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of immigration and family law.
Prior to attending law school, Max worked as an equity research associate at Citigroup where he covered the consumer packaged goods and communications infrastructure industries.
