Lara Clarke is a project and regulatory lawyer in the energy sector.
Lara advises sponsors, investors, and financial institutions on the legal and regulatory issues related to the development, acquisition, and financing of multisourced energy projects (wind, solar, biomass, cogeneration, and hydrogen).
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Lara gained experience in the Paris office of an international law firm and in the legal department of a multinational energy and petroleum company.
