Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company SAFEbuilt, LLC of ProCode, Inc., a provider of engineering consulting services, plan review, and inspection services for municipalities and local governments, and 4R3 Software Solutions, Ltd., an online software and portal solution that enables clients to manage and track construction projects, obtain permits and licenses, pay fees, and review and approve construction plans.
