Lufthansa receives favorable ECJ ruling to challenge airport fees

Lufthansa challenged the airport managing authority's approval of increased airport fees. The European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled that airlines have legal standing to challenge the airport managing authority's approval of airport fees.
