Jones Day Helps Launch Post-Grant Pro Bono Project, PTAB Litigation Blog

Jones Day has joined forces with the North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law’s IP Law Institute, as well as Fish & Richardson and the SAS Institute Inc., to launch the Post-Grant Clinic. The joint effort launched during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at NCCU School of Law in Durham, NC on October 17, 2017. Along with law students who are participating in the Post-Grant Clinic, attorneys from Jones Day and Fish & Richardson will work, pro bono, with the IP Law Institute to file and prosecute petitions for inter partes review at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
