Jason E. Kearns Sworn In as ITC Commissioner, ITC Blog
On April 2, 2018, Jason E. Kearns was sworn in as the newest Commissioner at the International Trade Commission ("ITC"). Commissioner Kearns was originally nominated by President Obama in January 2017, but, when President Obama left office, Kearns’ nomination was withdrawn. President Trump then nominated him again in June of 2017.
