Rachel Miller counsels and represents candidates, political committees, corporations, trade associations, and tax-exempt organizations on a range of regulatory, political law, and investigative matters.
Rachel advises clients on federal and state campaign finance and election laws, lobbying laws, and advertising and promotions laws. She has experience providing guidance to clients on ethics and gifts rules, personal financial disclosure reporting, lobbying disclosures, entity formation, and general corporate governance matters. Rachel also counsels corporations and high-profile individuals in connection with internal and government investigations and enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Rachel served as a law clerk for Judge Chad A. Readler on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
