Alex Bolden represents investment funds and their investors in a wide variety of transactions. He has experience in a broad range of matters including portfolio investments, co-investments, secondary transactions, fund formation, and governance.
He also represents private and emerging growth companies and investors in connection with venture capital and private investment transactions. He regularly counsels private companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on corporate governance, strategic relationships, and general corporate matters.
He has spoken at various venture law organization events on topics including letters of intent, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concerns, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
