Steph Wojtasik represents clients in investigations by the United States Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. She has experience defending clients in government and criminal investigations involving allegations of fraud, insider trading, corruption, and other wrongdoing.

Steph also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation. She has diverse experience in various aspects of pretrial and trial preparation, including e-discovery and document management, offensive and defensive discovery, deposition preparation, motions practice, and legal research.

Steph maintains an active pro bono practice and has served on a trial team representing an individual seeking asylum in the United States. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute's Emerging Leaders Committee, Pathway Caring for Children's Associate Board, and Holy Name High School's Advisory Board.
