Ophélie Nguyen practices corporate law with a focus on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. She advises public and private companies on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Ophélie completed several internships at international law firms in Paris and in Singapore.
