Diane Myers focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and government enforcement actions. She has been involved in numerous state attorney general civil suits, government enforcement proceedings, and complex tort and securities disputes, including multidistrict litigation. Diane also has substantial experience with all stages of government investigations and defense, including conducting internal investigations, responding to subpoenas or investigative demands, communicating investigation results to clients and government agencies, and negotiating resolutions. Her work has spanned a range of industries, including the energy, technology, health care, financial services, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Diane also maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents women and children seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile status in state and immigration court proceedings. She also participates in the Pathways to Law mentoring program, through which she teaches a legal-based curriculum and coordinates visits to the University of Houston Law Center for junior high students.
