Yusuf Giansiracusa has worked in Saudi Arabia for 30 years representing clients doing business in the Kingdom and abroad. He represents a number of the Kingdom's prominent industrial and service enterprises, leading commercial and industrial families, and ultra-high net-worth investors.
Yusuf has a broad range of experience in commercial and corporate transactions, licensing, industrial and infrastructure projects, defense, oil-gas-petrochemicals, and private client matters. Since 1991, he has represented participants in many of the major projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Yusuf has advised developing country governments on rule of law issues and has assisted in training government officials and professionals from emerging democracies and developing countries in infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, and international arbitration. Yusuf currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of The American International School-Riyadh; chairman of Sheffield United FC, which competes in the English Premier League, and of its parent, Blades Leisure Ltd; vice chairman of United World SA, Koninklijke Football Club Olympia Beerschot-Wilrijk (Antwerp), a professional football club that competes in the Belgian Football League, and Al Hilal United F.C.; and on the board of directors of LB Chateauroux, a French association football club. He also serves on the boards of several private trust companies.
