Natalia Oehninger Delaune is a litigator and advisor who focuses on counseling and representing companies in all aspects of employment law. She has successfully represented companies in complex wage and hour class and collective actions and discrimination complaints. Her experience covers a wide range of matters under state and federal laws, including whistleblower actions, trade secret and employee mobility issues, Family and Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act matters, and actions under the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She has trial experience in employment and commercial litigation matters in bench and jury trials.
In addition to her litigation practice, Natalia partners with clients to establish best practices that advance strategic business goals, including most recently as a thought leader on COVID-19 workplace issues. She provides strategic advice on a variety of compliance issues, including joint employment concerns, wage and hour compliance, structuring reductions-in-force and furloughs, and the negotiation of employment issues that arise in the transactional context.
Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Natalia has significant experience counseling companies with operations in Latin America on personnel and compliance issues.
Natalia serves on the board of directors of the North Texas Business Council for the Arts and Highland Park United Methodist Church Day School. She is a member of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association and National Employment Law Council.
