Elif Aksoy's practice focuses on helping clients with antitrust matters, including M&A investigations, civil investigative demands, third-party subpoenas, and HSR filings. She has represented clients on antitrust matters in a variety of industries, including apparel, radio, cable TV, pharmacies, food, webcasting, public relations platforms, oil pipelines, and asphalt. She has experience on matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

In law school Elif participated in George Mason's Supreme Court Clinic. Before and during law school she worked in economic and financial analysis positions at the International Monetary Fund, the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, and a trade association for global financial institutions.

Elif also maintains an active pro bono practice, including obtaining asylum for immigrants fleeing gang violence.
