Will Eye's practice focuses on complex commercial and appellate litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in matters involving products liability, class actions, securities, constitutional law, criminal law, and immigration law.

Will also maintains an active pro bono practice, having represented indigent clients in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and in the certiorari stage at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Will served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Ed Carnes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 2017. Upon completion of that clerkship, he was awarded a Temple Bar Scholarship, through which he traveled to London to work alongside some of the most senior members of the British bar and judiciary.
