Sean Yi's practice involves complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, along with corporate and government investigations. He has litigated securities fraud actions, contractual disputes, bankruptcy matters, consumer credit reporting lawsuits, and financial products litigation. He has also represented policyholders in insurance recovery matters.
Sean is also actively involved in pro bono immigration matters. He has assisted clients in filing petitions for asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and Family Unity Benefits.
