Randy Grossman is a trial lawyer and former prosecutor who has tried numerous cases to jury verdict.

Randy defends businesses and individuals in high-stakes government investigations and white collar litigation involving alleged violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other federal and state laws prohibiting fraud and corruption. Randy also manages sensitive internal investigations and corporate compliance matters across a variety of industries and international locations and serves as lead counsel in complex civil litigation involving antitrust, franchise, and class action cases.

As a prosecutor, Randy investigated and tried to jury verdict high-profile cases involving gang conspiracies, fraud, and murder, including a first-degree murder trial featured on the NBC documentary Crime and Punishment.

Randy devotes time to pro bono cases and serves as the president for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He is a former lawyer representative for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, a former member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, and a former board member for Walden Family Services Adoption and Foster Agency.
