Randy Grossman is an experienced trial lawyer and former prosecutor who has tried numerous cases to jury verdict. He defends businesses and individuals in federal and state criminal investigations and in complex civil litigation, and he helps clients build effective corporate compliance programs.

Randy's successful criminal defense experience includes cases involving alleged violations of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, federal securities laws, and other allegations of fraud and corruption litigated in federal and state courts. He has resolved several investigations by the DOJ, SEC, HHS-OIG, and state agencies without criminal charges and managed internal investigations of alleged violations of the FCPA and other business crimes in China, Japan, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Brazil. His civil litigation experience includes federal antitrust litigation, federal franchise litigation, state and federal wage and hour class actions, and unfair competition cases.

As a prosecutor, Randy investigated and tried to jury verdict high-profile cases involving gang conspiracies, fraud, and first degree murder, including a murder trial featured on the NBC documentary, "Crime and Punishment."

Randy is the treasurer for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He is a former lawyer representative for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, a former member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, and former board member for Walden Family Services Adoption and Foster Agency.
