Richard Liu assists businesses in successfully navigating through employment, labor, and commercial disputes. He has represented corporations in matters involving trade secret misappropriation, violation of restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of employment and commercial contracts, the National Labor Relations Act, and compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations. Richard also has advised clients regarding wage and hour issues, vacation pay, discrimination allegations, and sexual harassment issues.

Richard is singularly focused on client service. He strives to identify a client's specific needs, simplify its legal issues, and achieve the best outcome possible. He is fluent in Chinese and has worked extensively with Chinese corporations, both state-owned and private, to resolve complex legal issues in the U.S.

Richard is also actively involved in his local community. He works closely with low-income tenants and nonprofit schools to assist with their legal needs.
