Mathilde Sollier practices banking and finance law, primarily in the areas of real estate finance, project and asset finance, acquisition finance, and private equity. She regularly acts on behalf of French and international borrowers, sponsors, and lenders and also has experience with high-growth companies debt financing.
Mathilde is currently advising major operators in real estate finance (vente à l'état future d'achèvement/sale in future state of completion) and in project finance in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Mathilde was an associate in the finance department at a leading French law firm in Paris, where she advised listed companies on their financing transactions (or debt restructurings) and leading investment funds.
