Larry DiNardo has represented clients in practically every area of employment and labor law for more than 40 years. Larry's practice has particular emphasis on employment discrimination, FLSA/wage-hour cases, and employee benefits and executive employment contract disputes litigation. He has extensive experience defending employers in class actions and individual cases brought under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). His labor practice includes representation of employers before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations, and labor negotiations. Larry also has served as labor counsel in business restructurings, sales, and mergers.

Larry's trial and appellate experience is extensive. He has tried more than 35 cases to verdict before juries around the United States and handled an equal number of cases before federal and state appellate courts, including an unanimous victory before the United States Supreme Court.

Larry is a member of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is annually recognized as a leading lawyer in Chambers USA, Chambers Global, and Best Lawyers in America. He was inducted into the Lawdragon Employment Lawyers Hall of Fame (2017) and was part of the inaugural class of the Legal 500 Hall of Fame (2017). He has served as a visiting professor of law at Notre Dame Law School and as a guest lecturer at DePaul University College of Law. He has been published in the Journal of College and University Law and has made numerous presentations on employment law topics.
